I forgot how to use one, hence no pics of the house yet.
Going for a nice family day bowling afternoon with the In-law's. All 20 of us. Yikes!!
It's going to be awesome.
There is a wonderful luncheon planned after with chili and salads. I of course made pie for dessert. I think I have been pigeon-holed into a pie person. I make pie for every family event now. I am the best at berry pies and rhubarb. The making of pies has resulted in my continued experimentation with other genres of pie. I have delved into custard pies, making coconut and creme pies. I have made some meringues. The pumpkin pie has come out during certain yearly holidays. And lastly I have endeavoured to make a lattice topped whole cherry pie, and I succeeded.
(That one was the toughest)
So today I am making a bumble berry rhubarb pie with my signature crumble topping.
I guess it make sense that I specialized in a pie. I like dessert and I dislike chocolate. Naturally I'm a pie fiend.
Next year I will become the cake master. Decorating classes here I come!!
